Digital Citizenship Education Survey for Parents

Digital Citizenship Education Survey for Parents

21/05/2020 Comments 1 comment

Elinet supports this survey from the Council of Europe.
If you are a parent, you are invited to take part in the Digital Citizenship Education Survey from the Council of Europe, in English, Azerbaijani, Croatian, French, German, Greek, Icelandic, Italian, Portuguese, Romanian, Slovenian, Spanish, or Turkish.
We invite you to fill in the following anonymous survey. It will take approximately 10-15 minutes of your time and will allow the Council of Europe to learn more about your view of Digital Citizenship. It is important that you respond as precisely as possible, so that the tools the Council of Europe will develop for you and for your children to support Digital Citizenship Education will truly match your needs.

To simplify the questions, the term ‘children’ used throughout the survey should be understood to mean one child or several. Similarly, ‘children’ refers to your children, grandchildren or other children close to you (nephews, nieces, pupils, foster children…). The data collected in this survey is strictly anonymous and shall be used solely for educational purposes.

This is part of a broad range of activities the Council of Europe is implementing to help
children become responsible digital citizens in our democratic societies, a greater challenge than ever in the difficult times the world is going through right now!
And your responses will give the Council of Europe a better understanding of the type of support and information you most appreciate, in order to provide better tools for families to help their children become responsible digital citizens.

To add a touch of fun, at the end you get a fun profile to see if you are navigator, explorer or castaway in the online world, and a short tip about how to step up your skills. Your responses will give us a better understanding of the type of support and information you most appreciate, in order to provide better tools for families to help their children become responsible digital citizens.
