Florentine Paudel has been a Literacy and language education professor at the University College of Teacher Education, Vienna since 2020. In this position, she teaches in the context of literacy and language education at the primary and secondary levels.
From 2017 to 2020, Florentine held a PraeDoc position at the Center for Teacher Education, where she helped shape the “Inclusive Education” degree program, among other things. Her dissertation focused on reconstructing teachers’ framework of action in inclusive classes at the secondary level.
Her academic focus is on research into teachers and the associated conclusions for initial, continuing, and further training in teaching. In a further project, she is focusing on developing an (inclusive) didactic model for literacy and language education at the primary level.
