Update: The Conference Making Sense of History scheduled for June 4-5, 2020 has been cancelled due to Covid-19.

Conference Making sense of history invites researchers, graduate students and practitioners interested in the pedagogy of history to submit proposals that address the learning and teaching history in schools, universities, and, more generally, society. The topics include (but are not limited to) historical thinking, skill-based history teaching, and disciplinary literacies in history.

Call for papers is open until January 12, 2020. For details, see http://hislit.fi/teho2020en/ The conference will be held at the University of Jyväskylä, Finland, on June 4−5, 2020.
