The Country Reports of 30 European countries are now accessible through this website. As some of you mentioned they were temporaryly not. This because we lost access to the old ELINET website.  See more details on this page. 

At ELINET, literacy experts have come together and taken over this task for you. We have screened a breadth of available qualitative and quantitative research data, compiled reliable and up-to-date reports and condensed the most relevant information on literacy performance and policies into an executive summary. These reports give you the state of literacy up to the year 2016.
